Refund policy

At Dheeran Oil and Agro Products, we stand behind the quality of our products. However, if you receive a shipment with damaged product, we are here to assist you with a refund or replacement. To qualify for a claim, customers must record an unboxing video as proof of the product's condition upon arrival. You must notify us via phone or email within 7 days of the delivery date to initiate the process. Once the claim is verified, you will need to courier the affected items back to us. Upon receipt of the return, we will promptly process a full refund or send a fresh replacement.
